Choose the Chakra Balance Plus instead. This is a relaxing and restorative experience to clear and balance the energy within the body through energetic sound and crystals. Feel whole, healthy, and balanced.  Ideal for those experiencing: Stress, anxiety, panic attacks, anger, depression, insomnia, restlessness, fatigue, headaches, poor self-confidence and more. Appropriate for ages 5+. Parent must be present for anyone under the age of 16.
